Job Description

Quality Inspector (Manufacturing)
Job Summary-
The Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring that all incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products meet company quality standards and customer requirements. This includes carrying out inspections, taking product samples from the production line, and monitoring processes to maintain consistent product quality.
Key Responsibilities
  * Inspect incoming materials and components to ensure compliance with specifications
  * Take routine samples from the production line at defined intervals for quality checks
  * Perform in-process inspections to monitor product quality during manufacturing
  * Conduct final inspections on finished goods prior to dispatch
  * Test and measure samples using appropriate equipment and methods
  * Identify, record, and report defects or non-conformities
  * Complete accurate inspection records and quality documentation
  * Work with production teams to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence
  * Ensure products meet internal standards and customer requirements
  * Support continuous improvement and quality control initiatives
Skills & Experience
  * Experience in a manufacturing or quality inspection role preferred
  * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow sampling procedures
  * Understanding of basic quality control and inspection techniques
  * Ability to use measuring tools and testing equipment
  * Good communication and teamwork skills
