Job Description
We’re hiring for a Quality Inspector on behalf of a growing manufacturing business in Herefordshire — part of a successful, privately owned group undergoing major investment and change.
* Day shifts 8am–4pm, Monday-Friday

Reporting to the QHSE Manager, you'll inspect materials and products at all production stages, supporting quality control and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities as a Quality Inspector:

Inspect raw materials, first-offs, in-process and finished goods using visual, measurement, and functional checks.
*
Identify non-conformances, support corrective actions, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
*
Maintain accurate inspection records, report trends, and assist with audits and stock checks.
*
Work closely with production teams to ensure consistent quality across all processes.
What We’re Looking For in a Quality Inspector:

Proven quality inspection experience with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
*
Skilled in using inspection tools, taking measurements, and recording accurate findings
*
Clear communicator, comfortable working closely with production teams
