W Talent are now supporting a manufacturing company located in Doncaster who are looking to recruit a Quality Inspector to join the Team. This position will be working Monday to Friday, days based with some flexible working available. Key Responsibilities
As the Quality Inspector you will report to the Quality Team Leader, where you will be a key member of the Inspection department, ensuring high standards of quality and product traceability. You will be responsible for inspecting materials, components, maintaining records, and supporting the QA team. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met throughout the production and delivery processes.
Key Duties
Perform first-off, patrol, and final view inspections.
Generate first article inspection reports.
Use computer equipment for data recording and maintenance.
Support internal audits and liaise with Production Managers and Quality teams on corrective actions.
Contribute to a team environment and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience within a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of quality inspection and report writing.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings
Experience with root cause analysis techniques and corrective action implementation.
Location and Benefits:
This position will be working days based, Monday to Friday, with a yearly salary between £30,000 and £38,000Before You Apply
