Poole
£35,000 + Full Industry/Product Training + Days + Early Friday Finish + Task Ownership + Benefits (Life assurance, Pension, Holiday)
Excellent opportunity for a Quality Inspector to be trained up in a new sector, joining a well-established manufacturer, who allow their staff to have full ownership of their works.
On offer is the chance to join the production team of a bespoke, nationally respected engineering business, offering a great work life balance and fantastic training while being able to increase earnings through voluntary overtime.
This company is a blue chip manufacturing business who have contracts with some of the largest names in the Oil & Gas industry. They pride themselves on being a great place to work, with a great atmosphere and trust in their employees to have full ownership of their own work.
This is a varied role where you will be responsible for inspecting, measuring and documenting finished components and equipment using hand tools, this role offers fantastic opportunities for progression while maintaining a great work life balance with no evening or weekend work.

THE ROLE:
*Final inspection of competed product
*Using hand tools to inspect and measure components
*Completing associated paperwork
*Supervising an Assistant Quality Inspector

*Quality background
*Working to ISO9001 standards
*Any engineering/manufactured product
*Some team leading experience
