Job type: Permanent
Salary: £35,585.04
Hours: Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 4.15pm, Friday 7.30 to 11.30am
This is an exciting opportunity for a Quality inspector to join a leading manufacturing company on a permanent basis
The role of Quality Inspector:
Inspection of incoming goods in accordance to engineering drawings and specifications
Using inspection tools such as CMM, verniers and calipers
Creating certificate of conformance and other paperwork
The Quality Inspector should have the following skills and experience:
Able to use inspection tools
CMM experience – programming would be beneficial
Experience reviewing First Article Reports (experience creating would be beneficial)
Strong knowledge of AS9102
Confident in carrying out electro mechanical products
Competent working from engineering drawings
