Quality Inspector
Wimborne
£16 - £16.50 Per hour
Our well-established client based in Wimborne is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Quality Inspector to join their dynamic and growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a respected business with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality fabrication work.
Quality Inspector Roles and Responsibilities:
* Conducting product inspections during various stages of the manufacturing process
* Operating within a sheet metal fabrication and welding environment
* Utilizing a range of tools and precision measuring instruments
* Inspecting components to meet stringent quality requirements
* Performing calculations for sheet metal developments
* Collaborating effectively within a fast-paced team setting
* Documenting all quality-related data accurately
* Escalating quality concerns to the Quality Manager
* Carrying out both in-process (patrol) and final inspections on the shop floor
* Demonstrating the ability to calculate and interpret sheet metal developments
Quality Inspector Ideal Candidate:
* Have quality control / inspection experience
* Be able to use a variety of tooling and measuring equipment
* Have strong attention to detail
* Previously worked with sheet metal
Quality Inspector Working Hours and Benefits:
* Monday – Thursday, 07:45 – 17:00
* Friday, 07:45 – 12:45
* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
* Company pension
* Flexitime
