Are you passionate about driving high standards of care and ensuring excellence across nursing homes? We are seeking an experienced Quality Lead to oversee and support 7 nursing homes, leading on clinical governance, quality improvement, and policy development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership in quality and clinical governance across all 7 homes.
* Monitor, review, and improve standards of care to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Develop, implement, and review clinical and operational policies.
* Support Home Managers and nursing teams in delivering safe, effective, person-centred care.
* Lead on quality audits, action planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Act as a role model for best clinical practice.
About You:
* NMC Registered Nurse (PIN essential).
* Strong background working within nursing homes, with in-depth knowledge of sector-specific standards.
* Proven experience in quality, compliance, and clinical governance.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and policy-writing skills.
* Passionate about ensuring residents receive the highest standards of care.
