Job Description

Be at the forefront of delivering one of the UK's most ambitious nuclear infrastructure programmes, where your expertise will directly influence quality, safety and project success. As a Quality Management Lead (Civils), you'll play a key role in ensuring quality is embedded throughout the supply chain, from manufacturing through to project delivery. This is an opportunity to work on nationally significant infrastructure, collaborate with industry-leading professionals and further develop your career in a highly regulated, forward-thinking environment where quality truly matters. Key Responsibilities Lead quality assurance and quality control activities across major civil engineering contracts. Review, approve and monitor Contractor Quality Assurance Plans (CQAPs). Develop and implement Project Quality Control Plans (PQCPs). Coordinate supply chain audits and ensure timely close-out of actions. Oversee manufacturing surveillance and inspection activities using a risk-based approach. Manage the review and acceptance of manufacturing documentation and quality records. Lead Lifetime Quality Record (LTQR) reviews and support equipment release. Build strong relationships with contractors, inspection agencies and project stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement across quality processes and supply chain performance. Ensure contractual quality requirements are consistently achieved.
