Quality Manager – Manufacturing | Bydgoszcz, Poland (Onsite)
Are you passionate about driving quality excellence and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment?
We’re looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead site-wide quality strategy, compliance, and culture at a global engineering and service organisation.
What you’ll do:
* Develop and deliver a site quality strategy aligned with business goals and customer expectations
* Lead and mentor a team of Quality Engineers, Technicians, and Auditors
* Manage internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and customer standards
* Drive root cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Monitor quality KPIs and implement performance improvement plans
* Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve issues and enhance processes
* Champion a proactive quality culture through leadership, training, and engagement
What you’ll bring:
* Ideally, 7+ years of experience in manufacturing quality management (preferably electronics, repair, or remanufacturing)
* Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001, auditing, and quality systems
* Hands-on leadership experience managing quality teams
* Expertise in root cause analysis, problem-solving, and lean/Six Sigma methodologies
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Degree in Quality, Engineering, or related discipline (Lead Auditor or Six Sigma certification a plus)
