We are recruiting for a leading SME in the UK plastics industry, is seeking an experienced and driven Quality Manager with Health & Safety expertise to join its expanding team. Following significant company growth to a three-site Group, this is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in maintaining exceptional quality and safety standards across operations.

The Role:
The Quality Manager will oversee and enhance the Integrated Management System (IMS) in line with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards. This includes managing internal and external audits, implementing CAPA processes, and analysing quality performance data. The successful candidate will also champion health and safety compliance, conducting risk assessments, safety audits, and promoting a culture of awareness throughout the business.
The Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in Quality Management within manufacturing (plastics preferred).
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001/14001 and UK Health & Safety regulations.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Relevant qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, Six Sigma) desirable.
Experience operating a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) would be advantageous but not essential.
