A Quality Manager opportunity is now available with a growing, fast-paced manufacturing business known for its commitment to high standards, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. The company is seeking a Quality Manager to take ownership of site-wide quality systems, processes, and culture.
This is a key role within the operations structure, shaping how quality is delivered across the business. You'll lead a small team, drive process excellence, and embed sustainable improvements across all departments. Quality Manager responsibilities include -
Developing, maintaining, and improving quality systems, documentation, procedures, and SOPs.
Ensuring compliance with customer requirements, internal standards, and regulatory expectations.
Leading internal/external audits, corrective actions, and quality improvement activities.
Using data-driven insights to identify trends, address issues and drive continuous improvement.
Managing supplier quality performance, including assessments and ongoing development.
Training and coaching teams to strengthen quality awareness across the site.
Quality Manager desirable skills and experience -
Experience as a Quality Manager, Quality Lead or Senior Quality Engineer.
Strong understanding of quality systems, auditing, problem-solving and regulatory compliance.
Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders and embed a quality-first culture.
Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement tools.
Confident using quality tools, data analysis methods and reporting metrics.
