Job Description
Quality manager required for temporary role, with primary responsibility to assure the maintenance of the ISO (Apply online only) certified Site Quality Management System.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Management System. Maintain quality management system to provide consistency and standardization in reporting. Keep SOP in line with corporate policies. Maintain document management system and facilitate document review.
Coordinate Internal Audit Processes. Maintain quality management system to provide consistency and standardization in reporting. Provide training of internal auditors, develop and coordinate internal audit program for local organization. Generate audit reports, audit corrective action requests on audit non-conformances and provide support for closed loop corrective and preventative action processes.
Training & Education and Project management. Educate employees and management on quality processes, standards and results. Conduct review meetings with business leaders. Provide advice and support to business leaders and teams on Quality issues/initiatives (e.g. problem solving, identification and escalation of significant Quality issues). Support in providing quality related input for customer requests and tenders.
Qualification & Experience
Level (Jr) Quality engineer
Experience in internal auditing, preferable trained on ISO (Apply online only) internal auditing.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
A good balance of negotiating and influencing skills.
Good presentational skills
Remote role, but will require regular visits to High Wycombe siteBefore You Apply
