Job Description
A £75m t/o building contractor is looking to appoint a Quality Manager to manage and oversee the quality assurance procedure, perform quality audits on live schemes and ensure the best quality and specification adherence is being maintained across projects in the south east area.
Projects are typically £20m new build contracts in the care & retirement home sector so they seek someone who is experienced in monitoring build quality on similar type work.
ABOUT YOU
* Construction professional - ex trades, Clerk of Works, Snagging Manager
* Experienced in the use of PROCORE or similar technology
* Wide ranging knowledge of building practices and specifications
* Experienced in preparing site audits and reporting to Director level
* Stable career record to date
* Prepared to be part office/home based with regular visits to approx 12 contracts in the South East area.
The salary is negotiable and the package will include a car/car allowance, pension and generous bonus.
