What You Will Do:
- Lead and coordinate quality activities across the organisation, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including maintaining and enhancing the Integrated Management System and related policies.
- Manage the non-conformance and customer complaints process, conducting thorough investigations and implementing strong preventative actions.
- Develop and maintain a proactive inspection programme to ensure all products meet "Right First Time" standards.
- Collate and report KPI performance data for all quality-related measures, presenting insights to drive improvement.
- Educate and support employees to embed a culture of proactive risk management and quality excellence.
What You Will Bring:
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor qualification and a strong understanding of ISO accreditations.
- Significant experience in quality assurance, control, or management within the engineering or manufacturing sector.
- Expertise in quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, and Root Cause Analysis, along with proficiency in inspection tools like calipers and micrometers.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification, showcasing your ability to drive process improvement.
- Excellent communication skills, organisational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
