A leading UK-based confectionery producer is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join their team and uphold the highest standards across their delicious product range.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the site’s Quality Assurance and Food Safety programs, ensuring compliance with BRC, HACCP, and customer standards.
*
Manage internal audits, external inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
*
Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Technical, and NPD teams to maintain product integrity.
*
Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformances.
*
Champion a culture of quality throughout the business.
What We’re Looking For:
*
Proven experience in a Quality Management role within food manufacturing (ideally confectionery or FMCG).
*
Strong knowledge of food safety legislation, auditing standards, and quality systems.
*
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
*
HACCP Level 3 (minimum); BRC experience highly desirable.
