You’ll apply your technical knowledge in a hands-on, cross-functional environment, keeping things varied and dynamic. You’ll also have a clear leadership pathway, progressing towards Technical Manager or Head of Technical within a few years. And you’re not just checking boxes — you’ll protect product authenticity and maintain customer confidence, which means upholding brand standards that really matter. There’s also the autonomy to shape how quality is managed on site, giving you ownership of key processes and the chance to make decisions that stick. You’ll work across departments, building relationships and gaining operational insight that’ll enhance your leadership credibility. If you have auditor qualifications or want to develop in that direction, you’ll get plenty of exposure to audits, non-conformance close-outs and compliance checks. It’s a great way to build expertise in technical assurance and regulatory standards.
