The Successful Quality Manager - Package:

Salary: £35,000 per annum

Hours: Day shift, Monday–Friday

The Successful Quality Manager - Key Requirements:
*
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry
*
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
*
Good understanding of material specifications and engineering drawings
*
Proficient in procurement and stock management systems (PSL Datatrack experience highly advantageous)
*
Strong organisational and time management skills
*
Commitment to continuous improvement and accountability
*
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
The Successful Quality Manager - Desirable Experience:
*
Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering procurement role
*
Familiarity with ISO standards and quality assurance processes
*
Experience with subcontractor coordination and logistics
This role would suit a driven Quality Manager with strong organisational skills, technical knowledge, and a passion for maintaining high standards within engineering/manufacturing.
