Are you an experienced Quality Manager looking for your next challenge in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment?

Our client is a leading manufacturer with an excellent reputation for delivering high standards to their customers. They are now seeking a driven and passionate Quality Manager to lead the quality function and ensure compliance with industry standards and customer expectations.
As the Quality Manager, you will:
* Lead and develop the Quality team, ensuring a strong focus on compliance and continuous improvement
* Take ownership of all site audits, including BRC, retailer, and customer requirements.
* Champion food safety, hygiene, and product integrity across the site.
* Work closely with Production, Technical, and HSE teams to ensure quality is embedded in daily operations.
* Drive initiatives to improve quality systems, KPIs, and training.
About You
The successful Quality Manager will have:
* Previous experience in a food manufacturing quality leadership role
* Strong knowledge of HACCP, BRC, and customer standards.
* Proven ability to lead audits and manage relationships with customers and external bodies.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a passion for driving standards.
