Job Description
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a High-End small and intricate Plastic Moulded Product Manufacturer in Blaby, LE8, who are looking for a Senior Quality Patrol Inspector at the moment.
The role is working as the sole hands on Quality person (apart from Manager), in a factory of 40 people, reporting into the Quality Manager, essentially overseeing all shopfloor quality related issues.
You must be willing and able to:
* Stop production and ensure that the process is adjusted if quality is off
* Check dimensions and tolerances
* Using measuring equipment and CMM (Training can be given)
* Help with APQP’s, ISIR’s, 8Ds and PPAPs
* Working alongside the QM when it comes to auditing etc.
Mon-Friday flexible working hours, days based Mon-Fri, currently 7am-3pm, but flexible, working in a close knit and well ran shop floor team.
