Quality Support Technologist Winchester £27,500

This is an on-site role and working from 1pm until 9.30pm Monday to Friday.
As a QA Technologist, you'll play a key role in making this happen. Working closely with the Senior QA & Raw Materials Technologist, as well as teams across the business, you'll help maintain the quality systems, support production, and ensure standards are always met.
Ensure continuous audit readiness through regular quality checks and accurate reporting.
Support successful launches of new products by overseeing first production runs and smooth handovers.
Resolve production and process issues quickly, working closely with Production teams.
Contribute to achieving and maintaining industry accreditations by supporting internal audits.
Investigations into non-conformances, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
Improve product quality by providing feedback during taste panels and updating specifications.
Maintain accurate supplier data and ensure compliance with BRC standards through document control.
Design and deliver training to build a stronger food safety and quality culture across the team.
Support continuous improvement projects that enhanced QA processes and reduced errors.
Protect product integrityThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join this supportive team. You may be a graduate with an interest in FMCG, Supply Chain and Quality Assurance or you may be someone with experience in a similar role.
This role is based on site and is a full time. The current hours required will be 1pm until 9.30pm ( subject to variation) and you will also need your own transport to get to the office as public transport cannot be relied upon.
