Responsibilities:
Are you passionate about ensuring quality and compliance in a fast-paced environment? Join our team as a Quality Technician! Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the highest standards of quality assurance. Here's what you'll be doing:

Checking & sampling of incoming raw materials
π Conducting QC analysis of incoming raw materials
π Collating Raw Material Specifications and Certificates of Analysis
βοΈ Sending raw materials for Micro analysis and ensuring testing schedules
π Tracking & trending Micro results and managing retests

Verifying production paperwork before issuing to the factory
π¬ Taking QC samples and analysing in-process products
π Conducting GMP audits in the factory
π Performing internal systems audits
π Recording, tracking, and trending Non-Conformance issues
π§² Verifying metal detector functionality
π·οΈ Conducting label checks and verifications
π§ Verifying cleaning chemical concentrations
π§Ό Swabbing cleaned items and conducting environmental swabbing
π Reviewing post-production paperwork
π― Sampling finished products and conducting QC analysis
π€ Sending finished products for Micro analysis while ensuring customer requirements
π Checking delivery paperwork and certificates as required
π Assisting the Assistant Quality Manager in the Supplier Approval Process
βοΈ Covering for the AQM during holidays/absences
π€ Being an active member of the HACCP team
π
Ensuring daily compliance with BRC requirements
