Job Description
Help solve quality problems by supporting investigations when things go wrong, working with others to find the cause, and making sure fixes are put in place.
Support training by creating easy-to-follow instructions and making sure everyone understands the latest standards and expectations.
Keep an eye on product quality by attending meetings, checking parts, reporting issues, and working with other departments or sites to make sure everything meets the right standards.
Step in when needed by covering for missing team members, provide practical assistance during busy times, and acting as the backup when the Quality Engineer isn’t available.
