Job Description
Currently representing a highly reputable construction business based near Lymington, Hampshire. Known for delivering exceptional bespoke new homes, high-end refurbishments, and select commercial schemes, they have built a strong reputation for quality, attention to detail, and architect-led design.
They are now looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their senior management team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take full commercial ownership of projects from pre-construction through to final account, working on high-quality, design-focused schemes.
About the Role:

Responsible for the commercial and contractual management of multiple live projects.
*
Oversee procurement, valuations, cost reporting, and change control.
*
Work closely with project managers, site teams, clients, and subcontractors.
*
Contribute to early-stage cost planning and value engineering.
What We’re Looking For:
*
Strong background in cost control, contracts, and procurement.
*
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
*
Proven experience in bespoke residential, commercial, or educational projects.
*
Ability to manage projects from early procurement stages to completion.
*
Good knowledge of JCT contracts, CDM, and Building Regulations.
*
Full UK driving license.
