Quantity Surveyor / Cost Consultant | Watford, Hertfordshire | £45,000 - £65,000 DOE | Primarily Office-Based

They are offering an exciting opportunity to join their dynamic, growing team as a Quantity Surveyor / Cost Consultant. Are you the right person for the job?
Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in the UK (PQS or Contractor side)
Strong knowledge of JCT contracts, cost management & procurement
Chartered or working towards MRICS status
Proficient in Excel and CAD measurement software
Full UK driving licence & eligible to work in the UK
What will your role look like?
Manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency
Administer tender processes and construction contracts
Lead procurement activities and build strong client relationships
Collaborate with stakeholders to meet project goals
Travelling to a variety of projects throughout the South of England
