Job Description
QUANTITY SURVEYOR (DATA CENTRES) – MEATH, IRELAND – PERMANENT - €65,000 to €85,000
Ceto Talent are working with a leading Electrical Contractor based in County Mayo (Ireland) and we are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical / Data Centre Quantity Surveyor to join the team on a permanent basis.
You will be an experienced Quantity Surveyor with significant experience of large scale electrical projects or data centre projects. You will have excellent knowledge of work contracts, knowledge of construction and data centre projects, as well as good levels of accuracy and attention to detail. You will hold a recognised qualification Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering, Construction or equivalent.
This role will see you working on hyper-scale data centre projects in Ireland and across Europe. You will be responsible for contract documentation, supplier and sub-contractor queries, as well as ensuring that you take responsibility for your part in making sure projects are completed on time, within budget and to a high standard.
This is a full-time permanent position and is working hybrid. The office is based in Co Meath and is commutable from Dublin or Athlone with parking available onsite.
The salary for this position is dependent on experience and suitability and offered between €65,000 to €85,000. As well as working on large scale data centre projects across Europe, the company offers a range of benefits as well as a car, training and career progression.
