Key Duties:
• Develop accurate estimates for labour, materials, and equipment.
• Engage with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Contribute to bid and tender submissions.
• Monitor market trends to maintain competitiveness.
Requirements:
• Third level qualification in QS/Construction/Engineering/Finance.
• 1+ year QS/Estimating experience on site or in the office.
• Proficiency with estimating tools.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ideally suited to young Quantity Surveyors who can develope your skillset in the Canadian market.
