Quantity Surveyor/Estimator | Tier 1 Main Contractor | CANADA (Toronto)

As part of continued growth, they're seeking a Quantity Surveyor and Estimator to support bid preparation and strategic pricing on major building and civil projects in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area). If you are an IEC applicant, you can secure a job before you go!
Key Duties:
• Develop accurate estimates for labour, materials, and equipment.
• Engage with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Contribute to bid and tender submissions.
• Monitor market trends to maintain competitiveness.
Requirements:
• Third level qualification in QS/Construction/Engineering/Finance.
• 1+ year QS/Estimating experience on site or in the office.
• Proficiency with estimating tools.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ideally suited to young Quantity Surveyors who can develope your skillset in the Canadian market.
