Join a Leading Construction Team – Estimator / Quantity Surveyor Needed
We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to manage the financial and contractual aspects of high-end residential and commercial projects. This is a full-time, permanent role offering long-term career progression in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate estimates and bid proposals
Review project plans, conduct site visits, and gather cost data
Control budgets and manage cost planning from inception to completion
Handle procurement and contract administration
Create detailed reports and support strategic project planning
Ensure compliance with building codes and specificationsRequirements
2+ years’ experience in estimating or quantity surveying
Strong understanding of construction methods, project management, and budgeting
Excellent numerical and analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Ability to read technical plans and produce accurate take-offs
BSc/BA in Construction, Engineering or related field (preferred)
CPE or relevant certification (desirable)
