Quantity Surveyor (Fit-Out) 

Bradford, office-based

£45,000- £55,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Progression + Supportive Environment + Training & Development + Travel + Medical + Other Benefits

This independent contractor operates across the UK and Ireland and is renowned for the prompt, high-quality delivery of fit-out projects, including restaurants, retail, offices, and other commercial spaces. With a strong understanding of the challenges faced by their clients, the business brings the expertise required to consistently deliver projects on time and to an exceptional standard. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably within fit-out, although those from other construction backgrounds are encouraged to apply if they have a genuine interest in transitioning into fit-out.

The Role:

Work on a variety of Fit Out projects across the UK, including shopfitting, hospitality and heritage sites
Based just outside Leeds, with regular travel to sites
Managing full packages from start to finish
Further training and progression supported

Quantity Surveyor 
Can do attitude & team player
Full Driving license
