About the company
Our client is a UK-based construction company specialising in groundworks, and civil engineering. Our client has a turnover of over £70 million per annum and is continuing to grow. Our client's expertise spans a wide range of civil, commercial and residential projects, from large-scale developments to smaller complex developments across the Midlands, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. Project values vary from £5m - £20m.
About the Role
We are collaborating with a specialist Groundwork and Civil Engineering contractor. Our client is poised for significant growth and is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to play a key role in this expansion. Working closely with the operations team, you'll oversee cost planning, contractor management, valuations, and forecasting.
About the requirements
* Proven track record in Quantity Surveying with a Groundwork or Civil Engineering Subcontractor
* 4+ years’ experience working as a Quantity Surveyor
* Good knowledge of the Groundworks Industry
* The ideal candidate will come from a Quantity Surveying background within groundworks & civil engineering.
About the Benefits and Rewards
Salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
