Project Quantity Surveyor – Turks & Caicos Islands 🌴
Location: Turks & Caicos Islands (Relocation Required)
Salary: Competitive, Tax-Free (USD)
Contract: Permanent | Long-term projects (10+ years)
Holiday: 20 days + 12 public holidays
About:
Our client is an established contractor, delivering luxury resorts, private villas, and major hospitality projects across the stunning Turks & Caicos Islands. They are currently entering a major growth phase, including a 5-year framework agreement with a major developer and ongoing delivery of luxury villas and resort expansions.
The Role: Project Quantity Surveyor
You’ll be working under a Senior QS as part of a growing commercial team. This is a site-based role offering long-term stability, varied project exposure, and the chance to live and work in one of the most beautiful parts of the world.
Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the Senior QS in delivering commercial aspects of high-value villa and resort projects
*
Managing cost control, procurement, and contract administration
*
Assisting with tendering, valuations, and reporting
*
Working collaboratively with on-island and international teams
Who They’re Looking For:
Our client are particularly keen to speak with UK-trained Quantity Surveyors, ideally with a background in high-end residential or hospitality projects. You'll need to be adaptable, proactive, and ready for an overseas challenge.
Essential:
*
3+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor
*
UK (or equivalent) training/qualification (e.g. BSc in Quantity Surveying, MRICS a bonus)
*
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
*
Willingness to relocate to Turks & Caicos
