Role: Quantity Surveyor

Supervise ongoing cost performance, ensuring profitability from inception to completion.

Procure materials and specialist trades in line with schedules and budget forecasts.

Drive the commercial process — valuations, variations, and final accounts — with precision and timeliness.

Collaborate closely with site and project leaders to balance workforce levels and expenditure.

Maintain detailed commercial records, correspondence, and documentation for audit readiness.
