The Role
You will be supporting a first-of-its-kind project in the UK, which involves the construction of power systems that will connect the worlds largest offshore wind farm to the national grid and ultimately help provide power to six million homes across the UK.
As Quantity Surveyor, you will support the commercial team, other quantity surveyors and the Subcontracts Manager across the project in reviewing and managing contracts and managing bill of quantities across construction elements associated with the project. This will also involve discussing, assessing and agreeing stage payments with subcontractors alongside evaluating and managing any additional work cost associated.

Essentials:
Experience in an engineering QS role (construction, power, HVDC, rail)
Proficient contract review within construction
5 Years + experience in this setting
Strong communicator, able to collaborate across functional teams
