Job Description

We are looking for Quantity Surveyors to join our clients Major Project team in either Bodmin or Redruth on a hybrid basis. Key Duties * Bring vital financial and commercial control to a portfolio of projects, by ensuring accurate cost planning, effective budget management, and early identification of risks or overruns to support the Project team. * Driving value for money through informed procurement and design decisions, * Manage contracts and variations with fairness and compliance * Maintain robust financial assurance and governance throughout the project lifecycle. Skills & Experience * Experience within electrical infrastructure, utilities, or civil engineering environments desirable. * Working knowledge of NEC contracts and commercial management principles. * Competent in cost verification, progress measurement, and assurance reporting. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
