Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in responsive maintenance
Strong knowledge of NHF Schedule of Rates
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proactive, commercially focused, and career-driven
