Job Description

Salary: £55,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance

Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in Coatbridge. They are a well-established contractor with a strong pipeline of work, and they’re ideally seeking someone with expertise in roofing and rendering projects.

What you’ll be doing

  * Managing the commercial delivery of roofing and rendering works

  * Preparing cost plans, valuations, and financial reports

  * Working closely with site teams, clients, and subcontractors

  * Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget

  * Overseeing procurement, variations, and final accounts

What we’re looking for

  * Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction

  * Strong background in roofing and/or rendering

  * Excellent commercial awareness and attention to detail

  * Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills

  * Able to manage workload independently and work proactively
