Are you a talented Quantity Surveyor looking to work on some of the most technically challenging and visually striking projects in London? We are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join a leading specialist refurbishment and construction business delivering best-in-class schemes across commercial, residential and mixed-use sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial and contractual duties across high-value refurbishment and construction projects
• Prepare valuations, cost plans, subcontractor payments and commercial reports
• Support procurement, tender analysis and value engineering opportunities
• Oversee cost control, forecasting, risk and project financial performance
• Lead negotiations relating to variations, claims and contractual matters
• Develop strong working relationships with project teams, consultants, clients and supply chain partners

About You

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in high-quality refurbishment, construction or fit-out
• Strong commercial acumen with excellent measurement and reporting skills
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management abilities
• Highly organised, proactive and driven to deliver excellence
• Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
