Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor ready to take your career to the next level? We are recruiting a forward-thinking commercial professional to support and drive commercial excellence across a diverse range of interior design, workplace fit-out and refurbishment projects across the UK and Europe.

The business is a leading global design and build fit out contractor specialising in transforming how people work through exceptional, future-focused workspaces. Its integrated team of workplace strategists, designers and delivery specialists work collaboratively to deliver projects that support organisational goals, enhance productivity and delight clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead commercial activities across live fit-out and refurbishment projects from £5m-£25m
• Prepare and issue valuations, subcontract orders, payment applications and commercial reports
• Monitor project costs, forecasts, risk registers and commercial performance
• Support procurement and tender analysis to ensure value-driven outcomes
• Help negotiate variations, claims and contractual correspondence
• Build strong working relationships with project teams, suppliers and stakeholders

Who We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within interiors, fit-out, construction or related sectors
• Strong cost control, measurement, commercial reporting and negotiation skills
• Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management abilities
• Able to work autonomously and proactively as part of a collaborative delivery team
• Enthusiastic about growing professionally with exposure to international projects
