Job Description
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Client Facing Quantity Surveyor to join the team supporting a large energy infrastructure project. The role involves regular site presence and active support in commercial management across infrastructure works.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Senior QS in managing project costs, contracts, and commercial matters.
Monitor and report on project budgets, variations, and claims.
Maintain accurate records of site measurements and valuations.
Assist with the preparation of interim and final accounts.
Contribute to risk management and cost-control processes.
Engage with contractors, clients, and project teams to ensure commercial compliance.
Key Requirements
3 - 7 years' experience in a QS / Assistant QS or commercial role.
Experience in infrastructure, utilities, civil engineering, or energy projects.
Familiarity with NEC and/or FIDIC contracts desirable.
Comfortable with regular site-based work.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.What We Offer
