My client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor of somewhere between intermediate and senior level- 3-10 year's experience.
This contractor comprises a group of business with a combined turnover of £50 m and I am looking for someone who can introduce, implement and manage the commercial success of projects within diamond drilling and steel works- architectural and structural.
You don't necessarily need experience in the above sectors. The key is the desire to progress quickly within a business where your efforts will be pivotal to the contractor's success going forward. The opportunity to climb the career ladder is genuine and achievable.
Typically, you will spend 2-3 days in the office and 1-2 days on site- all of my clients projects are within an hour of St Albans.
The base salary is anywhere between 45k-75k and this is dependent on relevant experience. Ideally, you will have a Quantity Surveying degree, confidence in your abilities and the desire to make a positive difference to a successful medium-sized business.
