Project Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor – High-End Residential Location: Farnham, Surrey (Local Projects)
 Salary: £65,000–£75,000 + Package + Progression

 The Opportunity 
An established, financially secure residential contractor is looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Farnham.
 You’ll take responsibility for 2 live projects, managing them from pre-construction through to final account.
 This is a role where you’ll run your own jobs, not just support a Senior QS.

 Your Role 
• Full commercial management of high-end residential projects
 • Procurement and subcontractor management
 • Cost planning, budgeting, and reporting
 • Valuations, variations, and final accounts
 • Direct client liaison (high-net-worth individuals)
 • Working closely with site and design teams
 
The Company 
• Privately-owned residential contractor
 • £30m turnover with strong financial stability
 • Specialist in prime and super-prime residential
 • Projects across Surrey, London, and the South East
 • Mix of bespoke new builds and high-end refurbishments
 • Strong reputation for quality and repeat business

 What They’re Looking For 
• 5+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor
 • Experience in residential or high-spec projects preferred
 • Ability to manage projects independently
 • Strong commercial and client-facing skills
 • Professional, proactive, and detail-focused
