New exclusive Project Quantity Surveyor position in Manchester

Position: Quantity Surveyor
	
Salary: £60,000 -70,000 (dependant upon experience)
	
Sector: Main contractor

This contractor is a central Manchester construction company that is very well established and deliver a range of projects across the Manchester and Liverpool.

Projects typically range in value from £1.5 - £12 million with a repeat client base.

The Quantity Surveyor role:

Managing commercial activities on a range of construction projects.
	
Procurement and placing subcontractor orders.
	
Pricing variations, preparation of valuations, negotiating and ongoing final accounting for contractor and client accounts.
	
Cash flows and cost reporting.
	
Attending site meetings and client meetings.

About you:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a main contractor.
	
Qualified to a degree level or equivalent.
	
Strong commercial, negotiation and reporting skills.
