Job Description

A great opportunity is now available for a Quantity Surveyor to join a Construction Company based in Glasgow. This is a chance for a Quantity Surveyor looking for real progression to join an experienced team who can develop your skills. You will be working on projects that span across sectors such as Health, Community and Education. This has been a busy year for the company, so you will be joining them at a time where you will be working on multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities:

  * Prepare and analyse project costings for tenders.

  * Prepare bills of quantities.

  * Negotiate contracts.

  * Assist in establishing client requirements.

  * Attend site.

  * Ensure project remains within budget.

  * Write details progress reports.

  * Adhere to all health and safety requirements.

Required:

  * 2-3 years + experience in a Quantity Surveying role.

  * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Remuneration:

  * Salary – DOE

  * 33 days holiday (including public holidays)

  * Annual bonus (company performance based)

  * Pension
