Aspiring Quantity Surveyor required for an ambitious fit-out sub-contractor in the heart of Essex.

Annual Salary: £35-45k
Location: Essex, London
Job Type: Full-timeWe are seeking a proactive and ambitious aspiring Quantity Surveyor with 2-3 years of experience at Assistant level, ready to take the next step in their career. Join our commercial team and work on some of London's most prestigious CAT A and CAT B fit-out projects. If you thrive in both office and site environments and are looking for a role that offers real responsibility, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Managing Surveyor, Contracts Managers, and Project Managers to commercially deliver a varied portfolio of fit-out projects.
Handle all aspects from procurement through to final account, becoming an integral part of a collaborative commercial team.
Engage confidently with clients and project teams, ensuring smooth project delivery.
Enjoy a hands-on role that takes you from the office to the project site, actively participating in all phases of the project lifecycle.Required Skills & Qualifications:

2-3 years' experience in Quantity Surveying, specifically with knowledge in ceilings & partitions.
Confidence in working with clients and project teams.
A strong desire to take on responsibility and contribute significantly to project outcomes.
Ability to work effectively in both office and site environments.
Resides within commuting distance to our Essex office.Benefits:
