Job Description
We have an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with an understanding of Contracts and Project Management, to join a specialist contractor, with national reach, based in Verwood, Dorset. The business undertakes projects across the education, healthcare, commercial, sports & leisure, and MoD sectors. As a result of some recent project wins, they're now looking to expand their team with an additional Quantity Surveyor.
About the role:
As Quantity Surveyor, you will be working on projects valued between £1m - £15m.
Key Responsibilities in the role:
Handling the full contract
Overseeing general site operations
Managing subcontract procurement and dealing with variations
Managing monthly valuations and liaising with clients
Dealing with final accounts
Key Requirements for this position:
Have a HNC / construction-related degree
Have administered JCT form of contract
Must have the full right to work in the UK
Must live within commutable distance to Verwood, Dorset
