Job Description

A young and supportive Quantity Surveying Consultancy is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to help with their rise of residential projects just outside of Manchester.

The Quantity Surveyors Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be joining a sociable, close-knit Quantity Surveying team of eight, working across a broad range of residential projects, including large developments (Apply online only) units), luxury residential and care homes.

An ideal opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor / Employers Agent based in South Manchester who is looking to join an expanding practice, work across a varied project portfolio and become part of a close-knit team.

The Quantity Surveyor

Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
MRICS or working towards
Worked within a UK PQS / Consultancy practice
Preferably worked on residential projects
Employers Agent experience would be a plus, not essentialIn Return?

£45,000 - £50,000
