A leading residential developer in Hertfordshire/Essex Borders is expanding its commercial team and looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their ranks. With a strong pipeline of new residential schemes across Cambridge, Hertfordshire and Essex, this is a fantastic opportunity to work on a range of traditional 2, 3, and 4 bedroom flats and houses.
Ideal candidates will already have experience with another residential developer or main contractor within the residential sector. Essential skills include CVRs, valuations, variations, monthly and final accounts and coins software along with a stable career history.
