Job Description

Pinnacle are looking for a Quantity Surveyor for a Tier 1 Contractor, who operates within the Rail space for a role based in Leeds.

Duties:

  * Manage all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects

  * Perform risk, value management, and cost control

  * Monitor project progress and prepare reports on project performance

  * Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants

  * Ensure compliance with all legal and quality standards legal and quality standards

About You.

Looking for a Quantity surveyor who has ideally worked within Rail on Civils or Depots, but also happy to speak with Quantity Surveyors that have a background within the Civils space.

Salary Up-to £45,000k + allowance and package.
