About the Company
My client is a forward-thinking practice that brings together quantity surveying, project management, and design advisory under one roof. About the role:
As a Quantity Surveyo, you’ll be trusted to take ownership of projects and build strong client relationships while working closely with architects, engineers, and developers. You’ll provide expert cost consultancy services and help shape projects that are both commercially viable and creatively ambitious.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare cost plans, budgets, and feasibility studies
* Manage procurement processes and tender documentation
* Conduct value engineering and risk management exercises
* Provide contract administration and post-contract cost control
* Liaise with design teams, contractors, and clients to ensure financial efficiency
* Prepare financial reports and final accounts
About the requirements:
* Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or related field
* Ideally MRICS or working towards chartership
* 3+ years of relevant experience in a consultancy or client-side role
* Strong technical knowledge and a proactive, detail-focused approach
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Passion for working in a collaborative, design-led environment
About the salary:
Salary is negotiable, dependent on the individuals experience but up to £55,000. Other benefits include generous annual leave entitlement, unrivalled career progression, subscriptions paid for, structured career path.
