- Conduct comprehensive CVR (Cost Value Reconciliation) reporting.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, maintaining the highest standards of quality.
- Collaborate closely with other discipline functions and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Identify and mitigate potential financial risks, ensuring robust cost control measures are in place.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the residential sector.
- Strong understanding of traditional build methods for houses and apartments.
- Proficiency in CVR reporting and financial management.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
