Quantity Surveyor
Central London
£50,000 - £70,000 plus package
Permanent
Start: June 2025
A refurbishment contractor, with a strong order book based on their excellent service, would like to appoint a Quantity Surveyor with the right drive and ambition to meet their business needs.
Established for over 20 years, they have a forged their burgeoning reputation within the public sector, education and healthcare sectors in the South East .
In your role as QS, you will be responsible ranging in value from £100,000 - £1m.
Your skills, experience and attributes will include the following;
• Ambitious, energetic, and driven to deliver on each of your projects
• Team player, who will take responsibility
• Demonstrate strong negotiating and commercial skills
• Good construction and technical knowledge.
• HNC or Degree in Quantity Surveying
• 5 years post graduate experience
• Good understanding on effective management of a schedule of works.
